Intu-Flow, Ageless Mobility, or FlowFit.
I do not understand the distinctions between them. Can anyone help me?
I have the Prasara Yoga video, and this seems a bit advanced for me. Especially in the knees and ankles. I can't do the threading scorpian either due to weakness and impaired ROM in the shoulder.
My 2010 New Year's resolution is to master the 5 flows of Prasara Series A. I suspect that ne of these other mobility videos may help to build some foundation toward that end, but need help choosing one.
Thanks,
Dave in Austin

Dave,
All of the beginner and intermediate levels of Intu-Flow can be found for free on Youtube.

Go with Intu-Flow and work on the beginner level diligently everyday.
That is the building block for all of CST.

Coach Hurst,
Do you agree with Robert?
Are the 5-6 videos on YouTube sufficient for the practice of beginner leverl IntuFlow?

I'm not Coach Hurst, but here's my opinion...
The videos on YouTube are a great starting point in the absence of anything else. They are freely available, so nobody has an excuse not to try and incorporate some Intu-Flow everyday. They are much, much better than no Intu-Flow, but their utility only lasts until you outgrow the very basics and need to focus on finer details.
Since they're tiny little videos with not-so-great quality, there's only so much you can get from them. As you go deeper into your practice, those details make a big difference. For me, the DVD makes these details easier to see and understand.
If you're going to be working personally with a CST, then you might be able to get away with only the online videos because you'll be getting direct coaching on the details as you progress. Otherwise, I think the DVD is still a wise investment.
Besides, after working with Intu-Flow for a few weeks to months (depending on your current level), you'll probably want to see where things are going with the higher levels - even if you're not quite ready to apply them.

on a money for value level Intu-Flow is one of the best investments you can make. I have almost the entire CST library including a lot of the old R.O.S.S material and despite all the resources I have the one DVD I have used the most is Intu-Flow. It is a program that you can and should use daily and its one you can use for the rest of your life. As for Flow Fit and Ageless Mobility I would say after Intu-Flow Flow Fit would be a good investment and after that Ageless Mobility. All 3 are excellent series and you can take your health very far just with them.

Yes, Intu-flow.
Work on it diligently, including the quad hops, spinal rocks and trinity squats.
When you have the time, investment and energy and have built up a solid daily routine of intu-flow... go for Flowfit. Working with this would be the next solid step in heading towards mastery of the five Prasara A flows.
