Chris Lancaster is doing some great things with very heavy weights!
I really like how he is taking to the new CST material!

(Bruiser) Catch training:
Bruiser up swing to blob clean, flip down to catch on handle: 15/15
-swing the Bruiser up with one hand, catch on blob, flip down, catch on handle, again, same side, etc. This is done pretty quickly, and in one hand only.

*(Bruiser) Bruiser Dominators: 5/5
-my apologies if this already exists, but I think it's new. It's a Bruiser blob snatch + a Bruiser shoulder squat, all in one. Up swing to blob snatch, catch, flip down to catch on the handle, now sink with the backswinging Bruiser and prepare for a shoulder squat, down, and repeat. It flows nicely, but that second catch (after the blob snatch catch, from way above) is pretty challenging to say the least. Everything one hand at a time, needless to say.
