Hey CST-Athletes!
In this video I show some ways to pass you opponents guard while standing.
Remember: You have 4 options for guard passing:
1. Tight & around the legs
2. Close & thru the middle
3. Loose & around the legs
4. Loose & thru the middle
In my opinion it is important to know techniques for all four possibilities, so you can change to a different attack if your opponent is defending well.
In the last part you'll see an guard pass transition to the back saddle.
Guard passing is not complete defensive work - with the right strategy you can put your opponent under quite some pressure.
