We just returned from Alburquerque and the Radiant Recovery Ranch by Dr. Kathleen DesMaisons. What an incredible experience! Kathleen's system blows away anything in the field I've come across before, transformed the way I view nutrition, and reframed both many of the issues I faced in childhood, adolescence and my competitive career due to biochemical imbalances. If you still use sugar, you owe it to yourself to check out her books!
