Did Holly win at the Fitness Nationals - jus wondering. Matt

Hi Matt,

This is Scrappette signing in under scrapper's password :wink:

No, I did not win the national competition. Nor did I do as well as I wanted to, overall, but I did learn a lot.

I placed pretty high in physique, but was pretty burnt on my routine and it was not easy to compete with lifelong gymnasts. But, it was great to be around that caliber of female athletes! I would much rather be among the best and continually strive to expand my levels than feel superior around
incompetent competitors and not be challenged!

I also learned that pageant-type of fitness competitions aren't necessarily "healthy," though, so through this experience, I am in a more educated role to be able to share and give others a more well-rounded view of fitness.

I do appreciate all the love and support that I received from so many of you, and thank everyone for the encouragement! :D I believe that this competition has definitely given me a better perspective on both the industry of fitness, as well as a personal angle on what I would like to contribute into this industry.

I absolutely love everything this forum offers, and look forward to exchange philosophies, experiences, and motivation.
