You say that you only feel this sensation the day after training? First be sure you don't have an injury that is being made worse by training.
There are many possible paths to take to try to fix your discomfort. I'd start by training slower. Do fewer rounds, slower. Try to feel if there is any point in your movement that is slightly more difficult, or uncomfortable. Perhaps by performing the movements slowly you can find a way to move that doesn't leave you uncomfortable.
Going slowly is safer in some ways. Good luck and let us know what happens.

Ramiro, if you still feel ok tomorrow, I suggest you keep going slowly for at least a week, maybe more. Let your progress be baby steps. Give your body time to adapt to this new movements.
Good luck.

Ramiro, if I do springing tripods fast, I often experience a sharp pain in the frontal aspect of my left iliac crest, that is to say, the front of my left hip. I've been mulling it over for years now, and I believe that this happens to me because I am moving in an incorrect way. I have to experiment with my movement to find a way to move without hurting my self. Sometimes I do well and it doesn't hurt. I have a long way to go before I understand this movement well enough to perform it without fear of pain. So be patient with yourself. And be careful with yourself. you are the one who can take care of you best.
