Did WW this AM. Finally being able to sleep through the night two nights in a row. Stopped seeing chiro. Realized a big satelite I threw up to chiro on first visit. I said I do ww only i haven;t been doing it for three months.
Maybe that is why I had the pain, duh? So I am back forcing my self to do a joint mobiulity work using the tools for Z and WW at least 4 times a week and 7 if I can.
Saw no improvement on hand tingling from chiro. Decision is to take matters into my own hands and has shown promise so far. I did see tremendous improvement in my elbow though through one treatment of accupunture. That took away 90% of the pain and restored 80% of the ROM of my right elbow. I am going to go back and get some more accupunture.
