Hello,
Coach Sonnon advocates for no stimulants, no coffee, nicotine etc, and that is easy for me, no coffee or nicotine! no problem.
however, I really enjoy green tea, is there enough caffeine in it to make it a banned rmax substance? Or is it ok to drink? Does decaffeinated green tea have the same health benefits as its caffeinated counter part?
Thanks
