I am honored to be here. I "need" to be here.
Could someone elaborate more on "Rate of Perceived Exertion" and "Rate of Technique"?
I am ashame to say that my diet is "chaos". I absolutely hate the notion that I have to eat, the time it takes to prepare a good meal and dealing with my adverse reactions to the very foods I need.
My attitude towards eating has never been "enjoyment", but "getting it over with"...the quickest way I can so I can move on with my life.
What's even more distressing to me is how my body reacts to certain raw foods. I can't keep a salad down and I have an allergic reaction to some raw fruits and vegetables.(the inside of my mouth itches)
Oddly enough, I was a vegetarion about 15 years ago when I was in the military. I would love to use this forum as a platform and source of knowledge to recontructed myself from the inside out.
I'm going to had to observe a little to make sure I'm using the forum properly.
Maybe, there is a connect I will find that will open me up, allowing me to do an effortless flat-footed squat.
Thank you,
Robert
