So, I'm following along with the video for the warm-up, doing the elbow rotations when I hear/feel the "pop", just as Scott says, "You may hear the 'pop', and that's OK"
Then later in the cooldown video, I'm doing the rocking boat pose, and my knees flare out to the sides, just as Scott says "Your knees may flare out to the sides"
It's spooky, man, I'm tellin' you....Like he's watching.
