I got a secondhand copy of the OCS Manual from a guy in my area, and it's pretty sweet. I've been wondering about the differences between the Performance Swipe and the Technical Swipe, and this settled it for me.
The progressions for sophisticating the grips and other fine points are greatly appreciated. I may have to revise my RT numbers downward until I work these in.
Tonight I plan to examine the Mill section in great detail, as I've just started a Mill Density cycle and feel the need for skill development. After this morning's session, I wish I'd started with that half of the book! :?
Thanks for putting out such a nice, concise guide to the essentials of OCS Sport. I look forward to seeing the revised version in a couple of years, showing the evolution of rules, techniques, training methods, and some reborn sport history and achievements. In time, this little manual may rival CBT4CS in size.
