--Beginners who want instant and long-term health, strength and performance improvements. You are your first, primary and most important lifeline client: become self-coaching!

--Those who seek entry level certification as CST Instructors.

--Returning CST Instructors who seek continued refinement with the head coaching staff, recertification or preparation for CST Coaching certification.

Yes - this Training Course is for those interested in refining their health, fitness and performance, not merely those interested in becoming certified instructors. The foundation of all of Circular Strength Training® is being a CST Athlete, and the CST Courses with the Head Coaching Staff are the IDEAL way to improve your lifetime athleticism.

"Attending a CST IC Seminar (http://www.rmaxi.com/forum/../om/cst-cert.php) will make all of this very clear. You’ll learn not only the organization of a “health first” fitness approach, but more importantly the tools that will allow you to help yourself and your clients. The biggest epiphany for people who attend CST IC Seminars (http://www.rmaxi.com/forum/../om/cst-cert.php) is how the 3 “streams” of CST integrate synergistically to produce “health first” fitness. It’s not unusual to see mouth’s hanging open in awe."

"This has been said by other people about earlier seminars but I left wondering why I waited so long to attend. In three days the coaches went over everything that I'd managed to figure out from the books and videos and got me doing it better than when I started." - Steve Ames

"I could not have asked for better instruction, being completely new to personal training, and feeling a basic understanding of the CST art form. Quite possibly the happiest place on earth is a CST seminar!!!” - Robert Brister, CST

"For those who have not been to a seminar, please consider going. You will not be disappointed. All the things we say are nice, but some things have to be experienced to be believed or understood." - Dennis Haggard, CST Coach

I was thinkin' the Pacific would be 58 degrees at that time of year, but I was wrong. NOAA says to expect 60 degrees! ;)

58 degrees or not makes no difference to me! I used to live in the mountains and take "snow baths" :D I'm about as close to the perverbial crazy russian as you can get in an american.

1.Yes
2. FlowFit, as you'll need to be able to perform level 3 for 14 rds in 14 minutes. If you had the option to get a Prasara dvd, get the Instructional A series. It breaks down the flows into poses, poses that you'll be performing at the Instructor Cert.
3. Yes
4. ...and you'll also want the Big Book of Clubbell Training.

A good idea as you prepare is to log your training over at the Daily Workout Blogs. It will help with consistency and getting any help to answering questions you might have.

All the best with your training.

I'm in too. May be insanse considering my body's current state, so it looks like I do have some optimism in me somewhere. ;)

In any case, I figure it'll be the only way to get access to some of the info I am looking for on the inner workings. Should be quite the experience.

Judging by your current condition, Chris, attending the CST Instructor School in August is highly ambitious. You will not only need to get cracking intensely daily, but you'll also need to get sufficient bodywork done to be up to muster.
I strongly encourage you to get with a CST Coach in person and enlist in RMAX Coach Hurst's CST Prep course. Otherwise, at this point, I suspect that you'll not be prepared for the 3 physical exams and the 22.5 hours of training.
I believe it's possible if you set you're mind to it and get cracking on all fronts.

I think today is the deadline for "early registration." I went to register, but it is asking for the entire seminar fee. Is there not an option to submit a deposit only? OR must one pay the entire amt by today to qualify for the discount?

Where did you find such information? Please let us know where you found it.
In the first post in this thread if you click on the 'Reserve Your Spot Now' it allows you to pay a deposit. On the CST IC Certification page (http://www.rmaxi.com/cst/cst-cert.php) there is a registration link (to pay deposit) available as well.

I hear you Coach. Definitely planned to utilize Coach Hurst's course. Bodywork is already underway. Recommendations on a CST Coach I should work with are appreciated. I am in the San Jose, CA area - have been with a CST Instructor twice. Hate to hijack this thread though so if anybody has thoughts in this please shoot me a PM or email.

Hi Joshua and all Europeans.

Nearest oppurtunity in Europe is CST-IC Seminar in Norway, Lærdal, May 28.-30. There are few spots left. See more information: www.cst-seminar.info

Has there been established a separate Sigma Cadre seminar forum?
