I have the Free to Move book. I realize the book was published after Intu-Flow. However, on the youtube Intu-Flow videos, it is missing several movements:

Coach, could you please put up the videos for:

-SHOULDER RANGE movements (it's hard to visualize these movements without the diagram arrows--steeple, handcuff, rear trigger, overhead)

-HIP RANGE movements (upward dog, sleeping warrior, spinal twist, all 3 straddle variations)

-KNEES range (forward bend, standing king dancer, shinbox, pigeon)

For hip and knees, I'm going to assume that you make little joint movements and that they are not static poses based on earlier posts.

thank you

Hi mbdrlee, these movements were not in the original Intu-flow DVDs.

Yes, I hope Coach puts up the videos for the movements :)

I guess you will find most of it on the Kettlebell DVDs.

I found some of them on the Kettlebell DVD and some on rmax youtube video, but I need to see the little joint movements whether range or circular in some of those poses mentioned above:)
