I've just begun training grappling in my MMA class. While it's truly fascinating (and I'm planning to get to a BJJ class in the near future), it has caused a nagging injury to resurface. Last year I had a slight bursitis in my right hip; the rather radical leg positions involved in the standard guard has brought it up again.

I would like to know which RMAX products address joint mobility and ROM training specific to the hips movements in the BJJ guard. I feel my legs are a bit stiff for all the tying around involved and I'd like to increase my ROM and strengthen my joints them before this injury pops up again.

Intu-Flow is the best place to start for joint mobility. The beginner level is available for free on YouTube.

This section deals specifically with the hips: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSu3csPCNT0

While you're there, you should check out Coach Hurst's clips - there's a lot of good yoga stuff for grapplers there: http://youtube.com/rmaxj/

Also, if you're injured, make sure you're working with a doctor and are cleared to train before getting started.
