How does ROPE fit with TFCommando? I am into the TFC program but have been unclear about how to add other work without "cocktailing" So I have been sticking to the program alone. It is great.
The best part is that it is brief, detailed instruction, clear objectives, visible progress, achievable goals

How to add other work, like this ROPE work, running, etc. into the TFC program?

What is difference between knee infinities and outside knee circles?

My two cents - try fitting it into your moderate-intensity days with an emphasis on strength and sophistication, substituting it for the original moderate programme and making sure to keep the intensity at the 7.5-8.5 range, so you get the value of training specificity.

Thanks James.
I do want to keep the TFC intact for the whole long cycle.
I meant just adding, should I add or just leave it the way it is"

Paul,

It's fully explained in the program manual. ROPE was designed as an expandable plug in module for the TCMDO program. We gave several options for how to integrate it.

(also see Coach Sonnon's article on the TACFIT blog re: how to integrate Kettlebell training into TCMDO.)

For those who don't have TCMDO or who would like to focus exclusively on pulls for a cycle, we also included two options for training TACFIT ROPE as a standalone 28-day program.

I was wondering how to access Rope. Is this a plug in with the original program or does it need to be purchased like mass assault?

Todd,

ROPE is a separate product. It's complete on it's own, but it can also be integrated with TCMDO.

If you're on the TCMDO mailing list you should already have received an early link with details on where to pick it up (we offered a special advanced deal for those who supported TCMDO). If you're not on that list, we'll have an announcement for you on Wednesday.

Hope ya like it :)

If I knew Mass Assault was a TCMDO module,
and that you could slip these modules in on "moderate" days,
I would have signed up for the Vince $1 offer.
Is Mass Assault going to be re-released?
