I tore my medial miniscus and had surgery about 10 weeks ago. I have since completed PT about a month ago and have been cleared to start soccer and BJJ again. I still get a dull ache after activities and want to ensure that I continue to strengthen and work the knee. Any suggestions. Also, I have very inflexible hips and hamstrings that I think were only made more so due to the injury and lack of proper use. I have recently purchase both Warrior Wellness and Body Flow but really need some advice on structuring a program for the troubled areas. I would appreciate any suggestions.
