In the TCMDO sample diet template there is reference to
digestive mobility session

Hey what are good principles on digestive mobility, strengthening digestion. My digestion is ok.
I have teenage kids!
:D Sometimes I also eat what they like!

I know some people that can eat anything anytime.
Usually they are also just extremely strong!!

When I was in Lucknow India in the '90s I met a yogi who helped me.
I had a bad case of digestion  and he showed me ...
you basically just "flap" your stomach in and out.
kind of standing, hands on thighs, take the pressure off the gut, bent over and pull the navel to the spine,
then the stomach to the spine
and just get a fast rhythm going.

Is this an example of digestive mobility> (http://www.rmaxinternational.com/flowcoach/?p=91)? Punchproof abs?
There were all kinds of Ayurvedic herbs too.

Paul,

I remember doing the Wind Removing Pose and the Caterpillar after lunch at the IC to help aid digestion. I think (if I remember correctly) there are a few other ideas shown in the Threshold Training DVD.

Yeah, it looks like it is called nauli (http://www.nauli.org/)breathing.
I am very much interested in digestive mobility and this is something I can "squeeze in".

I'm always interested in learning more about breathing anyway.
I think I've got the The Basic Abdominal Vacuum.
That, with a flutter, was what I learned in India.

Now I have to find how to
keep the “ab lift” while isolating and contracting the “6 pack"

Is there any other good stuff on digestive mobility?
Esp in the Zdorovye system (http://scienceblogs.com/ethicsandscience/2006/12/coverup_at_air_and_space.php)?

thanks Coach for a great web seminar yesterday on ROPE.
Hey one thing I didn't ask about the numbers, in TCMNDO 1A: the lunges, is it L/R counts as one or each side.

I'm sure it is L/R=1 REP

the reason i asked was that it was hard to get past 10-12 [5 or 6] while still having good form [on rails]. and that is only level 1A...

hey aren't you supposed to take 3-5 days off after finishing a mission? at the ROPE webinar coaching session scott was on about not skrimping on the recovery so that you could really hit it on your production day.
