completed TCMNDO prog1 level 1 wednesday
taking extra “no intensity” day
but the real question,
is this a good opportunity to go through one cycle of
ROPE before starting the new program2?

R.O.P.E.
wow!
...constantly ramping up the physical demands while limiting the time...
transformative!
hey, quite a few questions...
first, the legs don't get that much focus, maybe that is why Scott is running in the forest at the beginning. No need to integrate some running/jump rope/leg work? Or is that covered in the squats? which advance to pistol.
When you do the rows do you set the rope so that you get a big stretch in the lats at the bottom? In the double row he goes to elbow lock, but not in the single row. [recruit level]
we don't see what SS does in the 10second gaps. Get up and chug or collapse in a heap?
:D
45 degree dips for me just go a few inches travel so far
any tips to smooth out the elbow 'square wheel" action on the shinbox? trying to go more pinky to shoulder and back again...
cool program! accordion ! shirt rip!

Paul, the legs don't get much work? LOL! Are you doing the same program as us? My teams can't walk when they're done.
No, don't cave in your chest in the rows. Resist spinal flexion and scap slide.
Yes, I go to elbow lock in the single row. It's an illusion of the video compressing reality to 2D.
Get up and chug if your arms are attached. If your legs are attached sometimes that's problematic and you'll have to work on your RESET from that position (as demo'ed in the original TACFIT Commando system.)

Total upper body and core work, top warmup and compensation.
I must be missing something here at recruit level for leg work...
Is the ground reset RMCP?

just did the day four work and am typing with heavy hands.
really looking for where the leg work comes from and all i could see, for me,
is that i had to really ramp up the number of squats that i did because they were arm assisted anyway.
there was some stabilizing in all the bridging.
the last knee in push up is just beastyly
i couldn't get more than four at first that quickly wilted to [2] two
happy to hear the bell ring!
anyway, nice break:
:D
starting tcmndo prgm2 lvl 1 tomorrow,
God willing
what are the qualifying numbers in all these anyway.
i read somewhere that the grunt program is needing 40's or better
i advanced to tcmndo prgm2 lvl 1 after getting all 5's or better and total of thirty [35 i think] in tcmndo prgm1 lvl 1

I would go to Recruit 2 & 3 before doing Grunt 1. There are progressions that you will miss.
