about 4 months ago i came across this site with a very curious and exited attitude.
at that time i was in decent shape and decent helth,so i thoght.

reading throgh the products and programs here i was very open minded and without much thinking decided to order a wave of videos.

i got the hole zdorovye system.

body flow vids and book.

leg fencing vids.

gtb vids.

warrior wellness.

and be breathed.

afcourse when they arrived i was overwelmed with all the information.

i knew i had to start improving my condition.

its been 3 and a half month or so of me doing warrior wellness.

and i have to say my momvent is at its best.lol.and the more deeper i go the more my body adapts.
this program alone has had a huge impact on the quality of my life.im finnally feeling like i have controll of my body movents.i amaze my self daily when i notice my momvent improve in every thing i do.

the thing i noticed most is the effect this had on my mind,as if becoming more awake and aware.i work at a car wash and i trully turned pre spraying the cars into an art for of .as i was the cars i flow from movment to movment ussually freeking out the costomers.people dont understand why im not standing there dullfaced and bored as i spray down ther cars.

it wasnt always like that i hated this job and was very irrateted with the same motions and simplistic ways of washing these cars.that all changed .

washing cars has become fun and a(productive practice)

now adays i get comments all the time from people who are open minded and can see the beauty in human momvent.they ask me,why are u moving like that??? i say with a huge smile i practice momvent health and constantly improving the way i move throgh this physical inviernment.

most say good for u.and afcourese i cant keep my mouth shut and tell them about the benefits of such practice.tell them about the importants of movment for longevity and just over all better state of living.most people agree with me and are suprised some one my age(wich isnt that young)places this as an important daily practice.

but the best part about this is that im able to come up with my own uniqe ways of moving and doing regular things.like picking up things from the ground and moving around opsticles.

worrior wellnes is somthing i never miss doing because with daily practice i feel more and more alive and intune with my organism.

finding this site has giving me a swift kick in the ass to really make changes for the better, and it just keeps getting better.

imagine my suprise being 21 thinking my body has great movment, then starting warrior wellness and realizing how bound i really was.the thoght scared me at first, because i know people who are aloder then me that brobably think their bodys are oporating at a normal level.and what about those poeple who do labour work.they need this kinda practice.it would make their work better.they would feel better.i try to tell alot of people about what i do and show them the mobility of my neck and shoulders that ussually freaks them out.i tell them if u dont move it ull lose it.and ussually refer to their car>>> if u dont greese the parts in this car of yours what will happen???we all know the aswer,it will eventually make noises and break down.and then i assure them that the same will happen with their joints .i say is maintaing your car more important then your own body??? they all agree, but do they really hear what i say and digest it ,i dont really know.

sorry for the long post but i cant be more happy then i am now with my self and with my ever bettering movment.

this is just after 3 months of practice and my body is still opening up new things to me.amazing indeed.and nothing complicated.

worrior wellness is the bomb.and this lil rant is my succsess with worrior wellness.

latter tonight ill share my lil succsess story with cst and clubbells.

hope that wasnt to long .

i can honestly say i move better then i ever imagined i could, lol

We're sure glad for ya Max. Great set of discoveries you made, and a lot of material to go through and grow with.

But (grinning).... let me get this straight.... you're 21 which is "not so young"? I hear ya bro. I've been 19 for 37 years, which is "not so young" either.

And that you wash cars with so much fluid motion that people notice is freakin awesome. Keep at it bud. Style!

Max,

That was excellent! Please keep it up, remembering to "keep observing" inwardly.

thanks guys!!!!

heres a funny storry from today thats related.i didnt plan to do this.

i washed about 89 cars today and one perticular cars was when it happened.

this couple gave me their ticket, we shared some nice words.....as i moved from the car,i took about 3 steps........the women aske me a question........instead of turning around, without thinking my body leaned back and my face was looking at her upside down.....i realized what i did and didnt want to ruin the moment ...i asked her what it was in that same position ,she was concerned about the antenna .....i aswered ..........leaned back forward and started walking as if what i did was normal.

the funny part is i didnt plan it, it just happend.i belive the reason that it did happen is because i was only steps away from the window and instead of turning around my body thoght it would be easeir to just lean backwards.lol

i was like whoa!!!!

that was cool.

for some odd reason my work place is like a practice zone for my movments.

all the things to pick up,all the car mirrors to wave around.and the washing.

my days fly by there and i dont feel bored at all.

i even got a private area where i practice some bme and swing my 15 pound clubb right neer my booth with lousios grass ,just for me

anyways i thoght id share that as well.it just happened like 3 hours ago.it was cool.
