I've only become aware of this over the last month or so but it seems that sticking to a 4x7 based training method has altered my eating habbits. I am the most hungry on my no intensity days and the least hungry on my high intensity days. I know that eating according to a wave program is touched on a bit in TFC but has anyone noticed their eating habbits altering on their own when using 4x7?

Brian,
I asked the same question a few months back, as I have experienced the same effects you describe.

Well it would seem that at least in subjects named Brian the continued practice of 4x7 influences eating habits. :D

It means you're behind your body's needs rather than in front of it. The TACFOOD Diet suggests that you front load more effectively and then your cravings will adjust.

I am least hungry on No Days, most hungry on Mod Days. Low and High are somewhat in between. What does that mean?

I find it difficult to eat a lot on a high day. With the body weighed down from so much food it usually makes my workouts sluggish. Much easier to do just Intu-Flow when food consumption is high.
What is the advantage to front-loading as opposed to replenishing?

I'll reread the TACFOOD guide. Any chance of a more detail recipe book coming out in the near future? :D

After few months with TFC I eat about +20% more than before I started the program. I try a little to move my diet towards TACFOOD pattern. I don't realize to eat significantly more or less on no/low/mod/high day

Hi All,
I have been following the TACFIT Diet template for 2 months now. I have never been happier and never ever been more surprised with my own body's peacefulness. I follow it to the letter. Though there have been breaks in exercise due to knee pain, I have stuck to the diet. I used to think that if i dont eat something at night, I will wake up at midnight. Nothing of the sort. My last meal is over latest by 6 pm and then the almonds and tea at 7.30 on most days. I am able to get through the day without thinking about food. It is amazing as I have never eaten within one hour of waking for 39 years. It starts from there. Please re read and memorise the template and also the explanation. Deliberate water intake is another key factor(4 to 5 litres a day). It takes so much less time and I dont depend on anybody to cook my food. Though I have to quit evening get togethers as I can't eat after 6 (everyone gorges at 9 or 10 pm), I am happy I have made the correct choice. Sleep at night is like a song. I used to wake up between 2 to 4 am regularly because of a tension in the upper back but all that has stopped. It is a straight 6 hour stint.

HI Coach Eddy,
Thanks for the kind words. I have been asking everyone including Scott himself but he has never replied on the Vegan diet template. Basically I need vegan substitutes for Eggs, Salmon, Turkey which are part of the 4 day Tacfit diet template. Do you have any input to help?

Hi Cheena and Paul,
Vegan info....?
I will see what food combos i can find in my TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)/ Daoist notes.
My guess is you know about combining beans and lentils for complete protein chains and seasonal options for optimising absorbtion etc.
I read only this week Prune Juice is a good source of Iron!
will get back to you if i find something of note.

Hi Donna,
thanks for your reply and any info you come across. i've been without internet for weeks so i'm just getting a chance to reply.
BTW that combining for complete protein concept is a myth. The woman who wrote the book 'Diet for a small Planet' 35 years ago had come out publicly in recent years to say she found out it isn't true.

Hi Paul,
One thing that is constant.... and that is change!
Just when you think you 'get' something, you then get flipped on your head.
Knowing what works for you - exploring/ experimenting as much as your curiosity and need for variety asks
is the best concept i know. For me if changes, some weeks or seasons i can eat almost the same thing every day, then im the opposite looking for something different or little desire for eating at all.
If i come across anything of interest I will keep coming back to this thread.
Cheers to the New Year ahead.
