Coach Sonnon,

I am on my second read through of Body Flow. I have already started the 'chains'. My question is on the 'Perfromance Breathing' exercise where you mention 'grip your feet into the ground'. When you are laying on your back, are your knees bent? This is the only way I can think of where you could dig your feet in. If your knees aren't bent, then you would only be able to dig your heels in.
