I used a Frolov device some years back. I used it for several months and dropped off. Didn't know where else to go with it. Got results though.
Recently my mom has had a 2-year lung infection and the doctor gave her this stupid device that is like the OPPOSITE of the Frolov device (it trains the inhale). Needless to say, I wowed my mom with my breath control (easy to wow one's mom). :lol:
So, I got the idea to check my mom's breathing and sure enough she breaths through her chest. I taught her how to breath correctly and she started practicing to change her 60+ years of incorrect breathing. Then, I ordered a Frolov device from RMAX and gave it to her. Got it the other day.
Anyway, when I was ordering it, some guy on the RMAX ad said he was practicing with the thing in a bell jar or something and consequently he was able to have a 6-minute exhalation?
Does anyone know about how to super-charge the Frolov device like that? I would go back to using it in a heartbeat if there was soooo much farther to go with the device.
