Thanks Donna, I can't wait to catch up with those going.
I will be arriving in Sydney Sat lunch and would love to catch up with anyone who would like to do some fun CST training maybe down by the Harbour before we meet at 3pm for reunion catch-up.
Anyone interested? I know my way around pretty well, will be staying in Bondi beach so could even get there before hand by about 12:30

Hi Jamie,

Not long now!
Where are you staying... we've had a few requests from others travelling interstate.
Having you all together will be good for carpooling (and more fun with familiar faces).

We have booked a training room from 2.30pm that afternoon, as I will be taking you through some prac updates in perp for Sunday FlowFit and general updates etc.

BUT a beach session where I usually train each morning is definately a posiblity prior to that too!

I'm staying at my brother Tim's in Nth Bondi just up behind surf club. He is picking me up from airport at 11:45am sat.
If you let me know which beach we could meet at, I could be there by 12:30pm if this is convenient, depending on where the room you have hired is? we might be able to talk Tim into giving us a lift there aswell. . . . . .or at least to the train or bus, I will buy him lunch to smooth him over. If beach is to far with that time frame we could meet in a park closer, where is the hired room?
I will ring you soon, do you have the same mobile?
I was asuming the training would be in city again? and was going to catch bus/train in Sunday morning. I would be in for car pooling if others are close to me.
Is anyone else reading this forum? Maybe you could share your plans aswell ;)
I'm so excited I can't help but want to talk.
