A pain in my left shoulder has developed in the last 2-3 days.
I am during mission 2B of TFC.

It hurts me more and more when:
doing forward &rear shoulder rotations and during air guitair.
I can move left arm forward, up and back with no pain, but moving my limb to left has become painful.
Today I had to drop some moves during daily intu-flow, because RPD was peaking.
it seems I have to drop my exercises for a while :(

After 2 days res and few days with Intu-Flow® I can do all shoulder circles . I feel mild discomfort (RPD 3-4) in the shoulder only while doing Front circles and Air guitars.

But when I attempted to do arm screw I couldn't stand the pain in the left shoulder . It was a torment!
What has been damaged?
Meeting with physio till the end of the year is unlikely.

I would take extreme care if the you are getting that much pain in your shoulder and would get it looked at by a physician.

Muscle pain, sometimes good, joint pain never good. If you feel there is damage in the structure, attempting to work through without professional consultation is a slippery slope at best.
I tried to work through my shoulder injury because I thought "I know what I'm doing". I ended up reinjuring the joint, getting the external perception was key for me to get back on the path of recovery.
