I was watching the videos and am having a hard time with this movement for some reason. When I do it I go to full extension (lock) and it looks more like a windmill in a linear fashion. On the videos it looks more fluid and not to full extension.
Any help?

Matt,
I'm not sure the resource your referencing for the corkscrew. Are you asking about an open chain, or a closed chain movement?

Matt,
I don't have that resource so I cant help you without more info. Is it a movement a spiral where the palm of the hand stays facing up to the sky?

One palm goes up while the other goes down, twisting at the elbow in front. Elbows remain parallel out in front it appears. I will have to check out Intu Flow also as it may be in the advanced level also.

The DVD player decided it was done so that idea did not work. I check out the TFMA manual and it is calling the movement "alternating hitchhiker/arm bar swim". Does that help any?
Seems to be an easy movement but I just cannot wrap my head around it.
