Hello,
My Name is Doug. I am 34 years old. I am an HR consultant to make ends meet and an ice hockey coach/power skating instructor for enjoyment. I played college hockey at Michigan State University and one year of minor pro. I have coached all ages and ability levels but I mostly work with amateurs.
I attended Pavel's RKC weekend back in April of this year along with Jack Myers and Steve Cotter. I have implemented much of what I learned that weekend into my off-ice training I do with my players. I hope to one day attend a CST. I am interested in all-around conditioning for myself. I own a pair of 15# and 25# CBs. I also own alot of Coach Sonnon's tapes. I have read the old forum and this new one on pretty much a regular basis for the past two years. I have learned much from reading this forum. Hopefully, I can contribute sometime.
