Jason,

What's more important: what is YOUR diet?

It's a CKD. You low carb and control calories throughout the week and then go crazy over the weekend. I used the program for gaining LBM and it worked pretty well. However, for leaning out, the 2 day carb up period was wayyyy too much freedom. I almost always ended up with fat spillover. If you were looking to go with a CKD I would suggest NHE over DiPasquale's work. If you want more info on the metabolic diet, go to t-mag.com and search for eat like a man. Read both articles. They cover the anabolic diet which is an earlier work of DiPasquale. I'm sure there's a lot of solid info in the metabolic diet - just don't know if it's worth the money. Send me an e-mail at humilispuer @ aol.com I have something for you :)

I was only asking about his diet and his work, since I have heard good things about him. I have no reason to go about following his diet. I was only asking. If I cannot ask simple questions like that here, Then I will not and research it somewhere else. Sorry I asked.

Jason,

You can ask any sincere question you want (and I know your question was sincere). The purpose of this forum is to help you with your needs, which is my point. If you don't have any intention on following his program, then I guess it's a moot issue.
