What asanas and/or mobility exercises would help with the flexibility/extreme range strength to perform the shinbox 180? I can perform the recruit level, Shinbox kick, at an RPE of 8 plus, RPD of less than 1, and RPT of 8 plus. To give an idea of my lack of flexibility, in the video there is at least 90 degrees between Scott's rear bent leg and his extended front leg, I'm lucky if I can get 45 degrees, any further and the sit bones come up or the inside of my knees start to hurt.
