The company I work for offers free seminars to the public. I work at a health food store and I believe I’m correct in saying that the main thrust of the stores approach to maintaining a healthy weight is to understand how certain foods affect blood sugar and metabolism. We have posted many seminars online for those that couldn’t attend in person. Unfortunately not all seminars are posted, but I think there is still a lot of valuable information on the website.
