This stuff is the real deal.

I started practicing guitar a few years ago. I used to get this awful pain in left elbow. It got to the point where I couldn't play for five minutes without my elbow becoming enflamed. I have no idea why but that's how it happened. I used to joke with my friends that I couldn't even look at a guitar without my elbow burning for three days. So I stopped playing, only getting my guitar out here and there; simultaneously telling my girlfriend to punch me if she ever sees me play it because it's always going to result in pain.

Enter Intu-Flow.

I grabbed my guitar one day and played it for an hour. No pain. I played it again for at least an hour the next day. No pain. I'm playing it right now: no pain.

Furthermore, I am now able to comfortably hold my wrist at a more effective angle which translates to significantly less strain in my wrist, hands, and fingers. It feels good and natural instead of forced and clumsy. I don't have to use as much muscle and can instead rely on leverage.

I have only been doing Intu-Flow for a couple weeks and missed a few days here and there.

This is a fantastic product. I can't wait to start studying guitar again.

A huge THANK YOU to those who created this product!

Nice work, Paul. Guitar player myself and Intu-Flow has done wonders for my fingers, wrists, elbows and performance. Now, if you haven't tried clubbell training, I recommend it from one guitar player to another. Grip and finger strength go through the roof. Keep going deeper...

Rock on brother.

I've been playing around with my clubbells but nothing too serious. I've yet to devote the time to extensive study into how to use them properly. As I'm not currently involved in any sport, I believe I will start on the Power Plant program as outlined in The Big Book of Clubbell® Training very soon.

Any recommendations for guitar specific Clubbell® training?

Very cool! Any Clubbell exercise is guitar playing specific. Remember to let the Clubbells sculpt your hands and wrists, stay away from monkey gripping.

Power Plant is a good start. Here is a link to Coach Heins's program Clubbell Mass Evolution: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b313OFYPDSY I had the opportunity to work with Coach Heins in Bellingham a couple weeks ago. He is a class act and has created an excellent Clubbell program. Check it out.

Awesome stuff.

I've been practicing the gripping, my pinky finger is showing itself to the the weak link in my grip strength. I will definitely look into Mass Evolution once I develop basic competency in the Clubbell movements.

One of the great things about CST are the health first principles. The 5th one is sophistication, human nature develops from simple to complex and general to specific. In that regards, all CST programs including Mass Evolution start with simple movements and progress to more complex. Have fun!
