Some light stretching or light CB or Warrior Wellness work. Nothing heavy. The usual rest, relax, drink plenty of fluids, Vitamin C. Some people swear by Zinc. There is a LOT of crud going around all over right now.

This is straight out of Herbal First Aid 101; add minced garlic (you can find it in any large grocery store's produce section) to a few oz's of honey and take a few tablespoons every few hours. The proportions are up to you, depending on your tolerance for the heat of the garlic (it also might cause some gastric upset if you take too much in a short period). Garlic is a natural germ killer and antibiotic. You could take it 'straight', but that's a bit too much for most people (it is for me!)
You can also add a bulb's worth of minced garlic to 8-12 oz of honey and let the jar sit in back of your cupboard for a few weeks for the next time you need it. The honey will extract the 'active ingredients' from the garlic over the course of a month or so; you can then toss the remaining bits of garlic and keep the honey. It will keep almost forever - honey doesn't spoil.
Hope this helps and hope you are feeling better!

Hi, James. Just curious, will pickled garlic work as well as fresh...I have a jar of habernero pickled garlic....which to me sounds much more appetizing than garlic in honey

Wow...yes, I imagine that would do the trick. I am not sure what pickling does to the active ingredients in garlic, but I am sure the capsicum in the habeneros will more than make up for it.
BTW, honeyed garlic tastes OK..sort of like a balsamic vinegar with attitude.
Hope you are feeling better!
