Hello,
I've received my Warrior Wellness tapes and have viewed the first two, they are great BTW. I can perfectly understand the build up from one to the other and I'm going to stick with the reccomendation. However, Coach Sonnon says you have to do the first tape for a considerable amount of time, wise saying not to say how long is that.
What would be the minimum time you'd stick with the first tape?
Coach Sonnon has the Z teashirt on, and mentions Z many times which indicates that WW is something taken from or inspired by Z. When you have WW is Z still a valuable addition? If yes, at what stage in the 3 tapes would you consider Z?
