Coach Szolek,
I am having trouble distinguishing between the grinding or performance Hammer Throw and just doing Parry Casts. To build strength for the combination routine one should work up to 5 sets of 10 reps with the Parry casts and Reverse Parry casts. But then how would it be different when you switch to the Grinding Hammer throw? Aren't you already doing continuous Parry casts? Or is it normal to park with each rep on a Parry Cast, but not on a Grinding Hammer Throw?
By the way, I did my first serious work with ABC Parry and Reverse Parry casts last night and I didn't feel like my core had been put in a blender at all. More like I had been whacked in the stomach and sides with a Bruiser.
Wielded by you.
Thanks,
CPR
