Recently I ordered the full Tacgym package. So far I like it. What I am looking for is additional information about the bodyroling. I have seen the instructional, how to perform the bodyroling but I'd like to know the principle it uses? What theory is behind this? What happens inside the body? What makes this work?
Can anyone help me with this?

Body rolling is a self massage technique. It is based on deep tissue massage or a connective tissue approach. If you think of each muscle as a fascial bag, the premise is to free the bag from its neighbors. When the fascia bag gets stuck to its neighbor is restricts range of motion, efficiency of movement and force generation.
The tender places in the muscle belly indicate disintegration in some manor. Either the tissues are over worked compensating for some other action that is inhibited, or it is in a strain pattern and is functionally weakened by the state of contractor. Trigger points are volatile areas of contractor in the muscle belly. They can inhibit balanced function, refer pain, and even lead to degenerative process. Ironing out these contracted segments leads to greater awareness of how movement evolves, increases elasticity and range of motion, and takes the brakes off movement integration.
"your only as young as your connective tissue" Body rolling helps to reverse the clock by stimulating the organization of the collagen fibers, increases circulation, and promotes vitality and longevity.
Hope that helps, if you want to go deeper I suggest Thomas Myers book on Anatomy Trains.
