Hi,

I am very much interested in Combative Sports. Being a student of Karate, I'd like to learn more and more about FlowFighting, the psychology of combat, etc. and bring my combat skills to the next level, not only physically, but mentally as well. In other words, I want to "understand" fighting.

I live in Mexico and it's not always feasible for me to travel for seminars, although I hope this will change soon, so I have this question:

Where and how do I start?

Thanks,

Alan

Get Body Flow 1 and then 2, and practice the biomechanical exercises. I wanted to learn the same thing and I found Body Flow really good to read.

You should also look into The Three-Dimensional Performance Pyramid Manual by Coach Sonnon.

I was reading about this book and I'm definitely interested to get it along with the Softwork package and the Going Ballistic book for boxing.

My birthday is coming up, I'm planning of spoiling myself and getting them for my birthday :)

Thanks for the recommendation!
