Did the 5 minutes of joint circles after breakfast and lunch. Tonight was a community pot luck dinner. No CST demo for my neighbors this day. Did the hips/legs after I got home.
I'm noticing slight improvements in how some of the circles feel more smooth and "natural" for want of a better word. This is especially true with the clockwise and counterclockwise movements. They are feeling more equal if that makes sense. Neck and thorasic moves are still clunky and awkward feeling. RPE = 3 RT = 3 to 5 RPD = 1 except 3 for hips today/
