Hi everyone,

Hope everyone is well. I am a 5'5 29 year old female who weighs around 153 pounds at the moment. I've been doing the TacFit Warrior program for about 7 days now with the 4 day diet. I'm trying to follow the diet as closely as I can (with variations here and there due to time and resource factors) but am concerned at how my body is reacting. This past weekend I woke up at 4am with severe hunger pains and when I did eat, it just seemed to make me feel worse not better. I experienced severe headaches and lack of energy. Lastly, I seem to be gaining weight which wouldn't usually bother me because I go by body fat % and body shot pics for measurement but my stomach appears to be bloated all the time. I haven't worn a belt in a week. I thought with all the tea and water I am drinking that it wouldn't be the case but I feel like I'm retaining water instead of becoming leaner.

Is it normal for some people to experience this before they start to see some results in regards to lean mass development? To have hunger pains at 4am followed by a bloated stomach just seems odd to me. When I have done cleansing diets in the past involving meal replacements such as Shakeology for example, I usually drop weight pretty easily.

Any help sent my way would be very much appreciated. i do so want to get the most out of this program. I've been on an on-again, off-again quest to trim down my body fat% to the 12%-14% level for about 9 years now and will do anything I can to make it happen. I just need some help. Thank you.

Did you jump right into the diet, or did you start with the 40-day transition?

I jumped right into it........40 day transition?

Ah ok I'm seeing the 40 day transition cycle now...but aside from "CYCLE 9 (Days 33-36): Switch to 2-3 meals per day without snacks
CYCLE 10 (Days 37-40): Sync your 4 Day Intensity Wave of training to the 4 Day Diet and Supplement Cycle", everything else before that
I had already been doing before in my diet hence not a complete transition for me.

I hope I'm reading it right. If not then please feel free to correct me, I want to make sure that I am doing this right. Thank you!

How can a diet that causes me to cut out so many calories a day leave me bloated as if I've inhaled a cake? Please, I need help.
