Under the motto "harder, not longer" be in Tacfit combines a multitude of exercises on a variety of devices such as Kettlebell Clubbell, medicine balls, gymnastic rings, Sandbag, plyobox and chin-up bar in a 20 minute unit.
Tacfit includes 26 ongoing programs, training logs 6 and 96 different exercises on four different difficulty levels. In this way, the newcomer is not overwhelmed and not the professional athletes under-challenged.
Each unit contains a special Tacfit Intu-Flow Prasara warm-up and cool-down to prevent injury and accelerate recovery.
Through this intense training to reach a higher training effect with better fat burning than traditional strength and fitness training.
In addition, the ability to perform the right actions, without losing the fine motor skills and then to quickly regenerate under pressure and stress is the main features of the Tacfit.
