On the upcoming new website, we will have a library of CST exercises for free online demo viewing. Please post which exercises are your favorites and which you would like most to have constant access to.
Thanks. I hope to give you as much access to free information as possible with this new technology our webdesigner is using.

I know it's asking a lot. But I'd like to see the videos for the C4 too. I purchased the book and the pictures are good, but once in a while i get a little confused as to the movements (especially the reverse mill) because the pictures don't show the movement between the snapshots. If it isn't too much trouble, mayhap there could be a sub-section for people who purchased the book to watch the video-clips, but then there's the question of finding out who actually purchased the book etc.
To sum up, Reverse Mill. Iron Cross
Amilcar
Screw-ups :P
bridging, bridgin, bridging!!!
Anything with the spine (i.e. "lumbarred from...") 8)
More leg stuff (something to compete with the "Hindu Squat" but more sophisticated-a screw-up for the legs)

all the above, plus a kinetic chain or two either from Bodyflow or other ones developed since, like the ones Coach Szolek recommended in the OCS manual.
Cheers.

How very wonderful, Coach! Thank you!
I'd like to see body flow movements and kinetic chains, especially the more complicated ones. Also, any WW with clubbells. Really, anything sounds great. I learn when I watch you move.

Did anyone ever post a vid of trinity squats? Upon reading coach Sonnon's description, I can imagine 3 different things:
1. The WW breathing exercises, with a much deeper squat (just below parallel)
2. The vibration breathing squat from Fisticuffs (can't remember the hand movements though)
3. A baithak (sp?)/ Hindu squat, with flat feet and arms raised above head upon standing, rather than pumping at chest level.
Am I close?

1) WhackAMoles
2) BodyFlow moves and kinetic chains
3) Kipping pullups (I'll volunteer video of that if needed!)
4) Muscleups and ring dips/pullups/pushups etc....(another I would volunteer to demo if needed)
5) Exercises listed on the CST/Crossfit conversion thread.

Just found it in the WOD forum. Looks cool. I will definitely be playing with that this morning.

Coach,
I would like to see the basics and maybe some advance movements and explanation in Warrior Wellness, Bodyflow, CST combination, and then some of the combative materials. I hope this does not become the cheap man's source of gathering information, but a medium to educate those who are confuse or unsure of their own practice. It would be awesome if you were doing the demo yourself. I noticed how much you have improved since your WW series. For those who do not know or have notice. The bearded man in WW is now much better, for realz! I would like to offer a suggestion. Maybe each month a HeadCoach or CST instructor can display a skill and allow the tribe members to know us and get to see how we move, think, and play.
Yours in CST,
Bao

I think that's a great idea.

Slade,
I am bit selfish. I personally wanted to see other head coaches and CST instructors so I can steal whatever I like. I rarely get to see you guys and interact with everyone. It would be fun if once a month I get to see how you guys play, move, and think. I already loved what I saw from Jason, Dan, yourself, Pretty boy Joe, and of course our Coach Sonnon.
Cheers,
Bao

Various other vibration drills.
The right organization that will allow easy access. At the current moment one has to dig through all the various mags and threads.
Allow people to submit videos of themselves and others to review and provide positive criticism. It would be great to see what others are doing and an interactive medium would be beneficial for those in distant lands thus further promoting the access to RMAX.
