What would any of you members suggest to stretch the hamstring area. I have done the stretches you do for football etc. but have never seen much improvemeny. My hamstrings are very tight and will at times cramp up to an extreme level. What in intu flow would help this? I do have the intu flow DVD. Thank you!

If you engage the quads and lock the knees while folding at the hip in either a sitting or standing position the hamstrings will be free to move. The four corner balance drill in the Intu-Flow DVD provides this compensation. Also, cramping can stem from dehydration.
