Numbness In Fingers After IntuFlow

The last few days I have been feeling numbness in my fingers (mostly the pinky and ring finger) after the morning IntuFlow session.

And it started happening since I progressed to the advanced level. Does this mean that I should work more at the intermediate level?

I would think the answer is yes.

Can i ask, do you have any injuries to your neck/shoulder/arm?

No I don't. And usually the numbness comes after approximately an hour from doing IntuFlow (when I'm at school).
