View Full Version : Test Drove my 20s ;-)

Showed up at the condo chrome and mirrors gym with a big box and took out my knife to open it, then took out the clubs, I'm surprised nobody called the cops!

1x5 cto each arm - fine
1x5 cto w/ both - little shaky on the right (weak/less stable side)
1x10 shield cast - as above
1x10 swipes - fine but much harder then 15s
1x5 parry- fine
1x20 rock it -I really like this exercise. The 20s are heavy enough that i can do a butt to heels squat on each swing.
Can't do mills at home due to low cielings- will have to do at maxercise. No worries, since it will be a while till I'll bust out the 20s for those.

1x3 muscle out and 1x3 head cast done with major choke up.

20s were the way to go. Can do the ballistics at the bottom, but much, much harder and have a long way to go on the grinds. Next program is coming together.
