dear coaches
while hoisting around my bruiser in a play session, i notice that the arm pump and fatigue stop me from really exploring the reps and motion of the movements, could it be that im muscling the clubbell to much and not moving it as I should? or is the arm pump an indicator of poor stamina or GPP?

It could be either over-grip OR underdeveloped grip, or a little of both (since technique ALWAYS improves). It took me a couple years until my grip outlasted my conditioning. The beauty of training the weakest link is the true functional strength which results. Though, it's not an either/or. You will intensely develop your strength, endurance and stamina before your grip develops to where it lasts longer than the rest of you.

Coach,
in all of my methods over the years of trying to gain strength, bodybuilding, olympic lifting, strongman training - Nothing has compared to the improvements over the sessions, excuse me rapid improvements, that I have seen, felt and translated to the training w/ of clubbells. Going from 2 to 7 to 12 to 13 currently in succesive workouts with ABC CTO w/ the bruiser, I can def vouch for the adaptive training effect it allows.
Secondly, I found today in my practice session with the "Bruiser" , that it no longer is brute screaming strength but rather coordination of my body in something I can only say is "beautiful" to me.
Third, with this new found coordination of my body, I have found that my grip has become less of a focus as I "flow" thru the exercise.

David,
It sounds like you need to continue to trust your intuition. You obviously 'get it.'

Coach,
Thank you for the kind words, and without your direction and the direction of the Tribe, I wouldnt be where I am today. I firslty purchased your materials, as I m sure some do, because I was looking for an innovative weight to "lift" weights... and to my pleasant surprise, you have opened doors to me not only thru your training methods and materials but also as well in other studies, I picked up my first book on Krishnamurti after hearing a few good words from you in a Musing, and that book has changed and challenged me more in 20 pages than years of reading self help books, always asking what wrong with your outside world.
Puts new meaning to the words " when the student is ready the teacher will appear"
Thanx Coach and Tribe
