SCOTT I READ A WILE BACK YOUR ARTICAL ON HOW BAD THE BRIDGE WAS AND THAT PEOPLE HAS DIED FROM IT.WHY ARE YOU NOW ALL FOR THE BRIDGE.THANKS

Firstly, please take your caps off. You're 'shouting'.
Secondly, if you read my comments, I explicitly stated nose-to-mat wrestling bridge, as did the studies performed. Hand, shoulder, shin, forearms, et cetera... don't stress the cervical vertebrae, and are MUCH safer and produce GREATER results than the wrestling technique called 'nose bridging.'

your artical BMX: Back Mobility Xtreme has a picture of the bridge with the nose on the ground Is that picture showing the bad way to do it or am I just seeing it wrong.Thanks

You need to read Doug's article. It is not a nose/head bridge. It's a FOREARM bridge. The head looks BACK towards the hands and thus must be MOBILE.
Not only is there no pressure on the head and neck, but it's not supposed to be in contact with the ground; as opposed to the ridiculous act of balancing their bodyweight on their nose-to-ground with their hands across their chest.
