Okay I am going to actually do what is recommended and get a sports doc on my wellness team. Where would you look if you were starting from scratch?

Reminder, here's what we say in Getting Started. It says if you have an injury but I want one anyway.

The best practitioners to do this are sports medicine physicians and musculo-skeletal therapists who have a deeper appreciation of the bodymind as a complete organism. This type of practitioner can assess your wellness program in depth and serve as a partner in your restoration plan.

Ummmm... I'd ask a friend :D And as it happens, my chiropractor is awesome, and she's at 33rd & Broadway. Very body-mind oriented, knows about SARP, has heard of CST (both from me) and she's a marathon runner. If that sounds interesting I can give you more info.

bee-yoo-tiful Val.

Honestly I am so ignorant. Can a chiro do what a sports doc or musculo-skeletal person does? (are they the same?)

Chiros sometimes invest themselves in musculo-skeletal therapy training. You can actually just call and ask, scan their website, or ask for literature to be sent.

Connie,

I would go see Vicki's daughter in a heartbeat if I lived where you do.
She is a GREAT source and if you need more, she wi access to docs who she knows and refer to her.
