My name is Rick Coyle from KentvilleNS Canada. I am a Financial Planner and have been working in that industry for 25 years. I enjoy being physically active and have been involved in Uechi-Ryu Karate, Chen Style Tai Chi and Yoga. I train pretty much daily and start my day with QiGong and sometimes joint mobility drills from Super joints. I reserve noon hours for kettlebells and clubbells and generally finish that session with Bebreathed. I also enjoy playing a little hockey and squash.
