Hello Coaches and Tribe,

I am practicing Warrior Wellness everyday, I've started on the basics of Body Flow and have read the Clubbell training book and waiting for my copy of Be Breathed.

I am now looking for some guidelines to setup a program, taking into consideration the following:

- GPP level is quite good from 6 months of BB and recently 6 months of BW conditioning
- Male, 92kg down from 105 (205 pounds), tall 1.95cm (6 foot 4), long limbs relative to torso
- I have lower back problems that are getting much much better (thanks to 4 months SJ, some stretching and now over 2 weeks of WW)
- I don't believe (maybe wrong) that heavy back stimulation is good for me
- I like playing soccer, so I keep a soccer training session with sprints and ball agility followed by some static stretching
- I would like to gravitate towards some form of martial art I'm not sure which for now, but one that would emphasise movement (no boxing or kick boxing for instance)
- If advisable, I would like to keep some form of pushups and chins training as I like them a lot (not mandatory if it conflicts with other)
- I don't have any particular hypertrophy requirements
- I enjoy having a functional athletic look
- Overall wellness and longevity is key for me
- I am willing to work every day with low intensity every other day
- I like to keep Sundays off
- I do my Warrior Wellness every morning before going to work
- I don't like much direct ab work, I prefer movements that would stimulate it otherwise
- I don't like direct stretching a lot, I prefer movements that would take through good range of movement (I sometimes profit from lazy teeveeing to do some static relaxed stretching)
- I've been in a hurry in the past and have only managed to hurt myself

I hope I've posted in the right section and any advice would be greatly appreciated on how I should start and work towards my goals.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Hello and thanks Coach,

For the beginning, I'm looking for more general advice, maybe my question was too specific and badly formulated. I would like to get some feeling of what I'd have to do, what such a program would grossly look like, before taking any form of commitment as is requested in the free program request.

Understand that to go through the comitment you're requesting will be done from me when I'm sure that's what I'm going to do, and then rest assured that I'll stick to it.

I have the intuition that CST would fit the bill along with WW and BodyFlow but then I'm sure of nothing.

Is that possible, or should I post my question differently in some other section?

Thanks for your help.

Kai,

So you're asking for someone to design you a program, but you don't want to commit to your end before you know the program? Sorry, to invest the time in a free program for you, you need to commit as well. There's no other company on the internet which offers this service, so the *virtual handshake* stands.

Warrior Wellness, Body-Flow, Be Breathed... they are all CST, by the way. Everything is integrated.

General guidelines? Practice Warrior Wellness every day. Train Body-Flow several times a week - follow the guidelines in the book for protocol. Read through all of the relevant articles in the Musings Archive.

Yep, it all seems to be there, under my nose, there seems to be a lot in the helpdesk as sample programs to give me plenty ideas.

See you later, when I've finished my gatherings.
