trouble making account

i am trying to order warrior wellness but when i fill in the information for the account it stops me saying something is not filled in properly but the only thing not filled in is the volentary section which to my reconing is not needed

could somebody help me as i don't have a clue about ordering off the internet. thankyou

Which shopping cart did you use for ordering - at www.rmax.tv or at www.circularstrength.com?

Indeed both shopping carts have fields, which are required to be filled in, and others - not.
However, both shopping carts don't accept orders until all necessary information is filled in.
For example: you live in Europe; please make sure that you choose right country. Also, State/Province field should be filled in as well; if you don't have such information just put your country twice.
