I would like to have some advice on some simple processes (exercises,
breathing, etc) to get me through some very hard times. Between a
friends' suicide and a car accident (I am lucky to be mostly unhurt)
and some other hard stuff, I'm feeling pummelled by life.
My experience and tools include Warrior Wellness joint mobility (tape 1),
Body flow, some Be-breathed basics, 5 Tibetans, kettlebells, clubbells,
various martial arts.
I'm most hoping to hear from people who have been where I am now,
where you feel surrounded by death and danger and grief -- advice from
you would be most welcome.
