Age 31, currently partially employed in a tech-support kind of environment. Got into ROSS in '99 after seeing a Vasiliev tape and going "coooool!" and looking up Russian Martial Art online.

I run a ROSS study group in SF two days a week (and occasionally participate in a Systema one on Sundays). I seem to be doing a much better job of it this year than previously.
My exercise is so random and experiment-oriented that ALL of my performance gains come from the "what-the-hell effect."
I'm also into singing, dancing, acting, improv, stage combat, all that sort of thing. I am brutally addicted to computer games, except that I can easily go a week without playing any and not notice.
One of these days I'll feel confident enough to post some things I've been working on in the MA/Combatives forum...
